Partnerships are urged for community building, civic engagement, community planning and the use of public spaces for the enhancement of economic opportunities and citizen quality of life. Up to $50,000 will be awarded to collaborative projects that will support the goals of the program and meet the grant criteria. Only one grant will be awarded to a community per grant cycle.

The main applicant must be a 501c3 nonprofit organization or city, county or state governmental entity that supports the community’s arts/cultural programs.

Projects must have at least two key partners, one of which must be a local, county or state governmental entity and at least one of the applicants (or key partners) must have received Wyoming Arts Council funding within the past 3 years.
