Kelly Barsdate is the Chief Program and Planning officer for the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies (NASAA) where she oversees research, policy analysis and member education. She helps arts councils across the country to design programs that promote cultural development and make the arts an essential part of community life.

Stuart A. Rosenfeld is President of Regional Technology Strategies, Inc., located in located in Carrboro, North Carolina. RTS is recognized as a leader in developing and promoting such strategies as inter-firm cooperation, industrial clusters, the role of community and technical colleges in workforce development, and the importance of science and technology policy. Rosenfeld and RTS work around the country and in other nationas helping people and organizations understand how these types of strategies can improve a region's economic vitality.
