Wyoming Arts Council

Description:

Photography has been my career and a major joy in my life for over 40 years. I moved to Wyoming over 20 years ago, and as a Wyoming Resident, I’ve earned a Master’s Degree in UW, become one of the state’s leading photographers and received numerous arts awards, including 4 Purchase Awards and a Peoples’ Choice Award at 4 different Wyoming Governor’s Capitol Art Exhibitions. Private, corporate and governmental collectors around the country own my Fine Art Photos. I conduct photo residencies and workshops, narrate live multi-media presentations, either separately or together as a combined program. Some of my presentation topics include “American Spanish Mustangs,” “Wyoming’s Red Desert,” “A Sense of Place,” “The Art of Observation” and “Photographing People.” Residency and workshop topics include Basic & Intermediate Photography, working with Digital Photos in the Computer and Photography Compositional Design and Aesthetics. Lastly, I lead photo excursions into the natural environment and among the Spanish Mustangs and continue photographing for current and new projects.
