Description:

Photography is my chosen medium to capture snippets of the world around me. My genre leans to macro images capturing the layers of a flower and the complex life forms as well as the vistas of our land. Once the photograph has been taken and printed we can be pulled back to that moment savored, to be enjoyed again.
Macro photography delves into the intricacies of a flower, a stem of wheat or an element not normally observed. I often take three shots, a macro, and a close-up of the form and then my photography captures the entire scene. I hope you find some hidden secret not ordinarily seen as you attend the show.

My resume includes acceptance in the Greeley Art Association Show, in 2013, The Western Spirit Show of 2014- 2015, and the Governor’s Capitol Art Exhibition 2015. I show and sell my photography locally at shows, the 17th Art Fest and in the Cheyenne Artist Guild gift shop. I am a member of the Cheyenne Camera Club and the Fort Collins Digital Camera Club. As a newly minted photographer my education has been formed from workshops, including the Rocky Mountain School of Photography, Kelby One and Nat Coalson LCCC Summer Workshop.
