Working and traveling as a freelance illustrator Jocelyn has cultivated a love of drawing and painting through her views of the natural world. These excursions have taken her many places filling journals with her observations using a small set of watercolors and a favorite pen. Since 2002 , Jocelyn has taught drawing and painting workshops teaching the basic skills of seeing and drawing to communicate ideas and explore with different tools and materials. The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
