AB has been a professional artist since 1987 and a resident of Kirby, Wyoming since 1994 where she established Merglenn Studios with her husband, Barrie Lynn Bryant. Working mainly with charcoal and soft pastel to depict real people, animals, and birds together in imaginary settings, AB is a dedicated and established studio artist who emphasizes drawing skills by producing finely detailed imaginative and contemporary realism. AB has maintained a rigorous appearances and exhibition schedule nationwide since 1996, from Seattle and San Diego to Boston and West Palm Beach. My new Encore Collage series (featured below) is based upon my 27 years of work using various drawing media. Basically, I am cutting apart print reproductions of my artworks and constructing new ones with them. I will be debuting some of these in late summer 2017.
