Raised in Cody and Buffalo, Wyoming, Catherine currently lives in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She began her art career about eighteen years ago studying at LCCC with Joan Fullerton, Mike Beeman and others.
Catherine has been inspired by Georgia O'Keefe, Salvador Dali and Frida Kahlo. She considers herself as a colorist interested primarily in brilliant exciting color with animated playful shapes. Her paintings convey a feeling of energy, fun, freshness and beauty. Each and every painting is unique and original.
She has received awards in shows, been published, painted a mural in a local bar and involved with many other projects over the years.
