Reception for Paul Ng’s photo exhibit set for Sept. 5 at the Community Fine Arts Center

Paul Ng’s exhibit “Recollections: Two Decades of Photographic Images” will be on display Sept. 5-29 at the Community Fine Arts Center, 400 C St., Rock Springs.
