The Wyoming Library Leadership Institute (WLLI) is at it again! At the WLA conference this year, WLLI will once again hold the basket raffle fundraiser. We are soliciting baskets filled with fun and interesting objects. All of the proceeds go to funding the WLLI. Help us grow our own leaders! The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
