Skip Larcom teaches watercolor workshop

The Casper Artists’ Guild, 1040 W. 15th St., Casper, is sponsoring a watercolor workshop by Skip Larcom on Saturday, Dec. 6, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Skip will be teaching participants how to paint snow in watercolor.
