Audrey Cotherman teaches “Writing for Life” spring semester class at Casper College

From a Casper College press release:

A class on writing, taught by Audrey Cotherman, will be offered by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Casper College for the spring semester.

“We are delighted that Audrey will be teaching a writing class for OLLI as she will draw from her experiences over the years,” said Vicki Pollock, lifelong learning specialist at Casper College.

“Writing for Life” (OLLI 4050) “is for writers of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry who would like to share their work with other writers in a nonthreatening environment,” said Cotherman. According to Cotherman, class members will have the opportunity to read their writing, receive constructive criticism, and assess how their writing meets publication criteria.

The class will meet twice a month for three months: February 10 and 24, March 10 and 24, and April 7 and 21 from 3-5 p.m.

Registration for the class will be held during the OLLI Spring Fling Registration on Tuesday, Jan. 27 from 4-6 p.m. in the Chapman Lobby on the second floor of the Gateway Building on the Casper College Campus. For those unable to attend the sign up, registrations will be taken by phone or in person beginning Wednesday, Jan. 28. To register by phone contact Karen Arnold, lifelong learning specialist, at 307-268-2099 or Pollock at 307-268-2097. The OLLI office is located in Room 408B in the Gateway Building for those wishing to register in person.
