Wyoming Arts Council roster artist Bryan Ragsdale will be performing twice in Lincoln County during the next month.
Bryan will perform and present a songwriting workshop on Monday, July 27 (today!) at 11 a.m. in the Lincoln County Library in Kemmerer. This event is also free to the public and is sponsored in part by the Wyoming Arts Council through funding from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Wyoming State Legislature. Bryan will be in the Cokeville Branch Library on Wednesday, August 12, at 11 a.m.

The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
