The Owen Wister Review, the University of Wyoming’s Pushcart Prize-winning literary and arts journal, is seeking submissions for the Spring 2014 edition. The Owen Wister Review is edited and published by an editorial staff comprised of students and graduate students from the University of Wyoming; the review recognizes art and literature of exceeding quality and excellence.
Submissions of prose, poetry, photography and art will be accepted until the deadline of March 21, 2014.

The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
