Call for proposals for the Wren Welcome Garden
The City of Moscow, Idaho is requesting applications from professional artists who can demonstrate qualifications for producing outdoor public art. Eligibility is open to artists, architects and design teams living in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Montana and Wyoming. From this pre–qualified pool, three semi–finalists will be paid $500 each to prepare detailed site–specific proposals for the design, fabrication and installation of a permanent outdoor sculpture in a city park in September 2012. Budget: $35,000. RFQ deadline: September 9, 2011.
