Calling All Wyoming Musicians

wimi-logo-colorThe Wyoming Arts Council and the Western States Art Federation (WESTAF) are seeking musicians for Wyoming’s IMTour Roster. This is a statewide call, and represents the next phase of the Wyoming Independent Music Initiative (WIMI).
Designed to open up touring opportunities across 13 Western states, IMTour serves as a booking website. It is the program’s mission to support underappreciated artists, offering roster musicians professional development opportunities, shows at new venues, and financial incentives for both organizations and individuals.

An outside juror will select 15 Wyoming bands based on the applications submitted. To apply, please visit the “IM Tour” section of the WIMI page at wyoarts.state.wy.us/wac-program/WIMIWhile filling out that form signals an applicant’s interest, the panel will base its decisions on materials submitted through the Wyoming Arts Council’s new Artist Directory. Musicians can list themselves for free under the “Directories” tab at wyoarts.state.wy.us

This opportunity is for Wyoming musicians and bands only.
