Colcannon performs "A Celtic Christmas" Dec. 13 in Casper

Colcannon’s Celtic Christmas with Festival Orchestra combines the stories, songs, and warmth of an Irish Christmas with the beauty and power of a local symphony orchestra of 31 players. Lively jigs and reels are interspersed with songs of the season, both old and new. You’ll also hear poetry that ranges from the silly to the profound, as well as the story of O’Toole and the Goose, a Colcannon composition for orchestra and narrator that touches upon the true nature of gifts.

With orchestral arrangements by Colcannon members Mike Fitzmaurice, Mick Bolger and Jean Bolger, this is a concert that will bring you into the holiday season with humor, joy and goodwill to men!
