VERISMO TRIO (Nicole Riner, flute; Scott Turpen, saxophones; Theresa Bogard, piano) has thrilled audiences across the country with their dynamic performances. Celebrated for their brilliant virtuosity and colorful musicianship, the trio performs everything from Debussy to Latin jazz for a wide array of audiences. They have toured extensively throughout the United States and in Brazil. VT is dedicated to collaborating with emergent composers and championing new music in artistically underserved regions. As teachers, Verismo Trio is dedicated to training young chamber musicians in school residencies and guest master classes.
