Pat Chadwick (lead vocals and guitar), Dusty Nichols (lead guitar), Leif Routman (bass) and Shawn Fleming (drums) make up the core four members of the indie folk-rock outfit Canyon Kids. After welcoming Chadwick (Paste magazine's "Nine Wyoming Bands You Should Listen to Now") to the band in spring 2019, Canyon Kids are set to release a new album in early 2020.

While their forthcoming album will explore new sonic territory, the band's existing catalogue has attracted attention inside and outside of the Cowboy State. Canyon Kids have been featured on NPR's Here & Now and on multiple Wyoming Road Trip playlists from the Wyoming Arts Council.

The group crafts original music that builds on the work of their folk-rock heroes – bands like Wilco, CSNY and My Morning Jacket. On stage, Canyon Kids are prone to make some noise, but they might otherwise be found in a cabin drinking wine and singing harmonies. There's an explosive energy to their live show, but underneath, a dedication to the craft.

Canyon Kids have spent much of the past year gigging throughout the Rocky Mountain West. They have supported some of the country's best national touring acts, including Galactic, Hayes Carll, G Love & The Special Sauce, Lukas Nelson, and the Infamous Stringdusters.
