Rebekah Sweet was born in Altus, Oklahoma and at a young age, moved with her family to Cheyenne, Wyoming where she has now lived for several years. She started taking piano lessons at the age of seven and flute lessons at the age of ten. She surrendered her life to the Lord at the age of ten and that same day, the Lord burdened her heart for the mission field of the Philippines. Her dream is to someday start an orphanage there. She attended Baptist College of Ministry in Menomonee Falls, WI, for two years.
Throughout the years, she has been given many opportunities to serve the Lord whether in music, writing, or just everyday life.
In school, Creative Writing had children writing short stories in kindergarten. Her love for writing began at the age of ten after she let a friend read a story of hers and was told that the story was good. After that encouragement, she began to write more. As the years progressed, Rebekah wrote as often as she was able to or whenever a good story would come to her adventurous mind. Growing up, she was an avid reader and read as much as she was able to. However, none of this would have been possible without God.
