I started out in the Wyoming band "The News".We recorded and released a single called "The Kids Are Dancing/She's So Square".This led us to tour in California and then be signed to the Ambition/Stiff record label.We were on one of the first indie compilations called "Declaration Of Independents" released by this label.The song we recorded for this comp was called "Bring On The Night". I wrote,sang and played guitar on the three songs.I have played throughout Wyoming,Utah, Colorado,Idaho,California and Oregon. I have played in Ireland too.I have an EP out called "The Sunburn EP". The European record label "Different Class Records" has just released a vinyl ep of four songs I wrote and recorded with my band called "The News". I have been influenced by writers like Lennon and McCartney, Ray Davies, Johnny Mercer, and John Prine.
