C.C. Russell writes from Casper Wyoming where he lives with his wife, daughter, and three rescue cats. His fiction and poetry have appeared widely in venues such as Split Lip Magazine, Rattle, The Colorado Review, and the New York Quarterly. He has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, Best Small Fictions, and Best of the Net.
The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
