For ten years, Kathy Vreeland served as artistic director and choreographer to the only professional ballet company in the State of Wyoming that she founded, Ballet Wyoming, which she originally formed as Ballet 7220 in Laramie, Wyoming. Prior to this, she was a professional dancer in Dallas, Las Vegas, Denver and Ft Collins. She owned Laramie Dance Center from 2005-2015 in Laramie. She has choreographed over 30 original works including, Peter and the Wolf, Little Mermaid, Wizard of Oz, Cinderella, Peter Pan and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She currently is founder and Director of her contemporary ballet company in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Reformation Dance Company, choreographing Four Seasons and Star Tributes in 2018, and in 2019 Sideshow and the upcoming production of Bach to Rock.
