1 )From July 2003 to now I am working in Bangladesh Shilpakala
Academy as Assistant Director.
1) In January 2002 to June 2003 I Served in KIRTI as a Creative Executive. In this position I have Designing and making different kind of set (Events, stage & Visual media) and supervise event management sector.
2) Aug 2000 to Dec2001 I was Served in IVDC (consulting Farm ) as a program coordinator. In this position I served Project Implementation, Network building, Training facilitation in BRAC’s (World Biggest NGO) Development Theatre Program on Social Development wing.
3) Aug 99 to July 2000 I was served in Theatre center for social development (TCSD) as a program officer on Development Theatre program.

Theatre Direction:
In Different Theatre group I have completed about 12 Stage productions.
Set Design & Art Direction
In Theatre & Cultural group I have completed set designed 62 stage Theatre, Musical & Dance drama productions, In TV media 12 set design & More over 50 stage design for Government and Corporate Events.
COSTUME DESIGN
In Theatre group I completed about 20 stage productions & 3 TV productions COSTUME Design.
LIGHT DESIGN
In Theatre group I completed about 05 productions. LIGHT Design.

In Theatre group, Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy & NGO , Cultural group I have conducted more about 50 Training in Acting, Design & Direction Subject.
