The annual “Fall Has Fell” concert featuring the Casper College Concert Band, Flute Ensemble, and Brass Ensemble will be held on Saturday, Oct. 31, beginning at 3 p.m. in the Wheeler Concert Hall.
“The band will perform selections that will include Brian Balmages’ ‘Groove Music,’ ‘American River Songs,’ Gliere’s ‘Russian Sailor’s Dance’ and a special Halloween selection sure to set the tone for trick or treating,” said Douglas Bull, brass instructor and concert band director.
The brass ensemble, also under the direction of Bull, will perform pieces by Mozart and Beethoven, “including Mozart’s ‘Divertimento #5’ and Beethoven’s ‘Turkish March.’ It will be a wonderful afternoon of music by both the band and the two ensembles,” he added.
The “Fall Has Fell” concert is free and open to all. The Wheeler Concert Hall is located in the Music Building on the Casper College campus.
