Hot Springs State Park, the Wyoming Arts Council, and Wyoming Writers, Inc., are teaming up June 1-2 to present readings by some of the state’s finest writers at the Hot Springs State Park pavilion in Thermopolis. On Friday, June 1, 7:30-10 p.m., writers attending the annual Wyoming Writers, Inc., annual conference at the Holiday Inn, will read from their work on the pavilion stage. On Saturday, June 2, 8:30-10 p.m., the featured writers will include Mike and Kathy Gear, best-selling novelists from Thermopolis; Jackson’s Tim Sandlin, author of the new novel “Jimi Hendrix Turns 80;” and Montana Poet Laureate Sandra Alcosser. Emcee will be Michael Shay of the Wyoming Arts Council. The readings are free and open to the public.
