From the organizers of Sheridan’s First People’s Powwow:
2014 marks the second-annual First People’s Pow Wow celebration in Sheridan! As part of the events and festivities surrounding WYO Rodeo week, the First People’s Pow Wow caps off an exciting Friday immediately following the WYO Rodeo Parade.
This years’ July 7-11 events will be even more spectacular, as the Pow Wow has expanded and will be held at the newly renovated Sheridan Inn. Featuring dancers and participants from many Indian nations from throughout the Continental U.S., this one-of-a-kind, week-long event is truly unique in its pageantry and participation.
