Larry Friedman, D.V.M., may have swiched time zones from Green River, Wyo., to Buffalo Grove, Ill., but he’s still taking photos of the great outdoors. Best known for his sweeping vistas of Flaming Gorge and, later, for his close-ups of flowers, Larry has found new subjects along the shores of Lake Michigan. The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
