Johnson wows the crowd at National Bookfest

Mystery writer and WAC fellowship recipient Craig Johnson of Ucross was one of the presenters at the National Book Festival in Washington, D.C. He read his work to some 700 people who crowded into a big tent on the National Mall. His talk is featured in a webcast at the Library of Congress web site. To watch, go to http://www.loc.gov/bookfest/2009/authors/Johnson-Craig.html

He’s back home and will be reading from and signing copies of his books at locales close to his Sheridan County home. He’ll be at the Clearmont Branch Library in Clearmont on Thursday, October 22, 7 p.m., and at the Tongue River Branch Library, Ranchester, on Friday, October 23, from 5:30-8 p.m.
