Dauphin, an acoustic duo, will perform as part of the University of Wyoming Summer Programs concert series Wednesday, June 17, from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. on Simpson Plaza. The Laramie-based band replaces previously announced folk/bluegrass band Rich With Friends. The event is free and open to the public.

Band members Jason Burge and Ray Mitchell play narrative songs about place, loss and cowboys. The two musicians have hosted intimate shows around Wyoming with other local bands such as Jalan Crossland and The Patti Fiasco.
