Beginning on September 29, the National Endowment for the Arts will begin celebrating its 50th anniversary year. To better recount the story of the NEA and the arts in America, the agency is calling for stories of how the arts and the NEA have influenced the lives of people across the country. We have launched a “share your stories” section of the NEA website. More information is at http://arts.gov/50th-anniversary/tell-us-your-story

The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
