C.J. Box’s new novel, “Blue Heaven,” has debuted at number 25 on the New York Times’ best-seller list. This is the Cheyenne author’s first published novel that doesn’t feature game warden Joe Pickett. It is, however, set in the Rocky Mountain West, Idaho to be specific.
