The Riverfest Art and Music Festival will be held on Saturday, August 16, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. in Lander City Park.
Spend the day in Lander’s beautiful city park enjoying great art, live music, fun activities, and delicious food and drink! This event showcases over 30 local and regional artists selling high quality, original artwork including jewelry, metal sculpture, woodworking, painting, photography, fiber arts, ceramics, and paper arts. Artists demonstrations will be held all day long throughout the festival to include painting, ceramics, laser cutting, blacksmithing, wood burning, rope twisting and horse hair hitching, wood working and paper mache.
There will be art activities for the whole family to enjoy by the Lander Art Center, Lander Library and the Lander Children’s Museum. Special activities this year include an afternoon ukulele workshop by Mammoth Music and casting demos and fish art activity from Pope Agie Anglers.
Dance and music performances schedule:
11am – A youth dance led by Jackson Hole Dancers Workshop Creative Arts Camp
