Southern Exposure: Performing Arts of Latin America is a national initiative that provides support for the presentation of exemplary performing artists from Latin America in communities across the United States. The program will provide fee support grants to arts presenters located anywhere in the United States and its territories that book artists from the curated roster for engagements taking place between July 1, 2016 and June 30, 2017.

The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
