The University of Wyoming male a cappella group, Happy Jacks, will embark upon their 2013 spring tour Monday, May 13, 2013.
With stops scheduled in Billings, Montana, Idaho Falls, Idaho, Cody and Worland, Wyoming, this year’s promises to bring enthusiasm and excitement for singing to the region! Auditioned out of the University of Wyoming Singing Statesmen, the Happy Jacks are an elite group of male vocalists that sing a variety of repertoire ranging from old standards to country tunes and pop music.
Every spring the student-led ensemble tours elementary, middle, and high schools in Wyoming and the surrounding region, offering clinics and performing concerts to help fulfill their mission of promoting singing in today’s youth, especially for young men experiencing their voice change.
The gentlemen of the Happy Jacks will clinic middle and high school choirs by day and perform concerts in the evening. Concerts are FREE and open to the public, and a list of cities, venues, and times can be found below:
