Individual Artist Professional Development

The Individual Artist Professional Development (IAPD) provides support for Individual artists in the folk, literary, performing and visual arts categories, who may apply for funding to support professional development activities. Artists must reside in Wyoming and can receive one IAPD grant every other year.

Mentoring Project Grants – Deadline: September 1

The Mentoring Project Grant program is designed to support the transmission of Wyoming’s finest Folk and Traditional Arts through the natural process of in-person, hands-on instruction. A master artist selects a worthy apprentice to mentor over time in order to advance the skills of the student from proficient to excellent. All art forms (music, dance, craft, etc.) are encouraged.
