WAC Office Manager Evangeline Bratton sits surrounded by boxes as the staff prepares for its temporary move in May.

The Wyoming Arts Council is moving!

But only temporarily.

For the first time since the Kendrick Building in Cheyenne was renovated for the Arts Council in the late 1980s, the interior of the historic building is being refurbished. The staff will  be out of the building for most of the month of May. Evangeline Bratton, Karen Merklin and Linda Coatney will have offices in the WAC Gallery, which is located on the southwest side of the main building. They will be on site from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses remain the same.

Other staff members will move to the main floor of the Herschler Building, located north of the State Capitol Building. Our phone numbers and e-mail addresses will remain the same.

We invite all of our constituents (tourists too) to drop in on us after June 1 to get a look at our new digs. We promise that most of the snow will be melted by then.
