Fort Collins, Colo., writer Teresa R. Funke is offering her six-hour writing workshop, “That Book Inside You: How to Write it, Publish it, Sell it,” on Saturday, Nov. 10, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., at the Nagle Warren Mansion Bed & Breakfast, 222 East 17th Street, Cheyenne. The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
