Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund Announces Grants | 2014


From a Wyoming State Parks and Cultural Resources press release:

More than $165,000 has been awarded by the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund to cultural organizations throughout the state.

This grant round was extremely competitive with 42 excellent grant applications requesting more than $1.2 million to consider. A total of $165,590 has been awarded to 21 entities in nine different counties.

Awards were given to support a wide variety of projects, including historic preservation activities, archaeological research, museum planning, jazz and a cappella performances, arts education initiatives, archival work and organizational personnel support. Below is a complete listing of awards by county:

Albany County

George C. Frison Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology, Endowment Challenge, $15,000
