Wyoming Arts Council board meets Nov. 7-8 in Casper w/update

The Wyoming Arts Council (WAC) will hold its quarterly board meeting in Casper on Nov. 7-8. The meeting location has been changed to room 404 of the Casper College Gateway Building.
