Description:

I approach the creation of my artwork to build on my understanding of the process of aesthetic expression. I have typically stayed away from representational subjects in favor of non-representational, emotionally driven paintings. I am working to further understand color, form, and light through colored pencils, light, and form through monochromatic painting, and playing with self-expression through mixed media. I am enjoying the diversity of exploring technique further and the freedom of the mixed media expression.
