Description:

Aaron M. Wood is a choreographer, educator, dancer, and mixed-media designer. From 2007-
2014, he danced with Utah’s Repertory Dance Theatre, where he had the pleasure of performing
an array of works by both classical and contemporary dance icons such as Merce Cunningham, Doris Humphrey, Michio Ito, José Limón, Murray Louis, Daniel Nagrin, Yvonne Rainer, Anna Sokolow, Shapiro & Smith, Tandy Beal, William (Bill) Evans, Zvi Gotheiner, Susan Hadley, and Andrea Miller.

As a freelance dancer, he’s performed the works of Alwin Nikolais as a guest with Ririe Woodbury Dance Company. Aaron’s works have been seen internationally and nationally from Salt Lake City to Beijing, China. Aaron is the Artistic Director of Wyoming Dance Arts, and is currently serving as a tenured Instructor of Dance/Choreographer for Casper College.
