Amber Nation is a mixed media artist that proudly lives in Wyoming. She grew up with a Dad who took the family outside often and made beautiful things with his hands. He supported her interest in everything and never told her she couldn’t do something. Those days inspired the artist inside her to grow. She obtained two Associate’s Degrees from Central Wyoming College: in Fine Art and Graphic Design. She also holds several art related credentials. Today she is the mother of two girls and two boys. She is raising and homeschooling them on a tiny homestead in Wyoming, and hopes to instill in them that they can do anything too.

She enjoys creating with many mediums because she enjoys the process of exploration and discovery through the mediums. You will find her working in paints, pencils, paper, canvas, wood, metal, fibers, wax and more. She is compelled to create in some way every day.
