WCTF Board Meeting, May 13-14
The Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund Board will be meeting Monday May 13 and Tuesday May 14, 2013, at Western Wyoming Community College, RSC 1309, Rock Springs. This meeting the WCTF board will be reviewing and making award decisions on grant applications received at the April 1 deadline. This application period there were 34 applications received, requesting almost $860,000 in WCTF grant support (with requests capped at a $50,000). These applications span the state and include requests in support of historic preservation, cultural heritage tourism, archaeological research and investigation, museum operations, arts education, arts festivals and programming, and oral history documentation. WCTF Grant Application Now Available
The 2013 grant application is now available. In 2013, the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund will have two (2) deadlines: April 1, for projects/events/activities that begin after July 1; and October 1, for projects/events/activities that begin after January 1. Feel free to contact the WCTF Administrator early to bounce around ideas and possible applications or for any questions.

The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
