For persons that enjoy Wyoming history or are looking for a great gift, the Wyoming State Museum store will host a special book signing event on Wednesday, December 3 featuring four authors from the Cowboy State. The book signing will take place 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Nancy Weidel, Starley Talbot, Linda Graves Fabian and Paula Bauman Taylor, authors of five books in the popular series “Images of America” will be available to sign their books and answer questions about their research.
The authors and books available at the event are:
Weidel, “Cheyenne 1867-1917,” “Wyoming’s Historic Ranches;” Talbott, “Platte County,” and “Fort Laramie;” Graves Fabian, who along with Talbott, authored “Cheyenne Frontier Days;” and Bauman Taylor, “F.E. Warren Air Force Base.”
The Wyoming State Museum is located at 2301 Central Avenue in Cheyenne. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Admission is free.
