On Saturday, April 18, 10 a.m., you’re invited to a community dialogue at the Teton County Public Library in Jackson with Bhutanese native Kelzang Lhaden and photographer Anne Muller who collaborated with Tashi Wangchuck on the book “Gross National Happiness of Bhutan.” Registration required, begins April 1. The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
