The Art Association seeks a dynamic, visionary leader as its executive director. Founded in 1964, we provide visual art experiences to over 25,000 people, partner with over 20 different services organizations, offer over 500 diverse classes, and host two summer Art Fairs each year.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher, a history of successful non-profit leadership and management, strong financial management skills, successful leadership of fundraising campaigns, experience with strategic plan creation and execution, and experience in arts and education.
