Kaitlyn Anderson at the Wyoming Office of Tourism sent the following notice about submissions for the 2016 Travelers Journal. We know that the summer of 2015 has barely begun, but Tourism is planning ahead. If you have firm dates on your 2016 arts and cultural event, contact Kaitlyn. Here’s the info:
Every year, the Wyoming Office of Tourism curates a list of authentic Wyoming events to be published in the featured events section of the Official Travelers Journal. Currently, we are accepting event submissions to be considered for the events section in the upcoming 2016 Journal.
If there is an event happening in 2016 that you would like to be considered for the featured events page, please send the following to Kaitlyn Anderson at Kaitlyn.Anderson@wyo.gov by Tuesday, June 23.

– Location of Event (city)
– Date of Event (must be a concrete date in 2016)
– Website
– Brief DescriptionIf you have any questions, please contact Kaitlyn Anderson at kaitlyn.anderson@wyo.gov.
And remember, the deadline to submit events for the 2016 Official Travelers Journal is Tuesday, June 23!
The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
