Call-In Numbers Announced for Community Support Grant Panel Meetings

The Wyoming Arts Council Community Support Grant applications will be panel reviewed on May 17 and 18.

Applications requesting operating/project support will be reviewed in Casper, WY. The public is invited to call in and listen to the panel discussion of each application received. The panel will convene at 9:30 a.m. on May 17, and at 9 a.m. until finished on May 18. The public is invited to listen by calling in at 1-646-749-3122, or by joining via computer, tablet, or smartphone at global.gotomeeting.com/join/415058557.

A separate review panel will convene in Cheyenne on May 17 and 18 to review the Arts Education supplemental portion of the Community Support Grant. Panel discussions will take place between the hours of 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. on May 17. If discussions continue into May 18, call-in hours will begin at 9 a.m. The call-in number is +1 (571) 317-3122 with access code 427-137-061.

All callers will be in listen-only mode for the duration of the calls, and panels will review applications in alphabetical order by organization name. The public is invited to review grant applications and follow along with panelists’ comments. Contact the Arts Council or visit the website for links to access applications and criteria. This is a great professional development opportunity for art administrators and grant writers.

The Wyoming Arts Council board will review grant panel recommendations during their quarterly board meeting on the afternoon of June 1 via conference call. As the date gets closer, please visit www.wyomingartscouncil.org for information about the Wyoming Arts Council board meeting, including call in information and available times for public comment. Note that this is the only time when applicants will be able to comment.
