The panel review meetings for Wyoming Arts Council Community Support Grant applications will be held May 13-14. Applicants and the general public are invited to call in and listen to the panel review and discussion.
Review of applications requesting operating and project support will begin at 9:00 a.m. on May 13. The public is invited to listen by calling in at +1 (646) 749-3122 Access Code: 415-058-557 or by joining via computer, tablet or smartphone at https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/415058557 .
A separate review panel of applications requesting arts education funding will begin at 8:00 a.m. on May 14. The public is invited to listen by calling +1 530-395-0988 and using PIN: 543 335# or by joining via computer, tablet, or smartphone at meet.google.com/pbx-rrbu-aja.
All callers will be in listen-only mode for the duration of the calls and will not be able to comment. Both panels will review applications in alphabetical order by organization name. The public is invited to review grant applications and follow along with panelists’ comments. Contact the Arts Council or visit the website for links to access applications and criteria. This is a great professional development opportunity for art administrators and grant writers.
The Wyoming Arts Council board will review grant panel recommendations during their quarterly board meeting on the afternoon of May 30 in Casper. As the date gets closer, please visit www.wyomingartscouncil.org for information about the Wyoming Arts Council board meeting, including call-in information and available times for public comment. Note that this is the only time when applicants will be able to comment.
