Joan Fullerton, who taught art for years at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, will be conducting a watercolor and mixed media workshop on September 28-29. Joan now lives in Taos, New Mexico. She paints in watercolor, oils and pastels. View her artwork at http://www.joanfullerton.com/. Pre-registration is requested. The cost is $40 for Casper Artists Guild members, $50 for non-members.
The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
